Water Rates
All tenants are required to pay a deposit of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00).
Water Rate Schedule: The Minimum Bill has no allowance for water usage.
The cost of providing water service will be adjusted to the following rates effective: January 1, 2024; January 1, 2025; January 1, 2026; and January 1, 2027. Beginning January 1, 2025, an automatic inflationary increase of 2.5% will be effective annually.

The present charge for sewer, effective June 1, 2011, shall be as follows:
Flat Maintenance Fee: $3.50
