Water Rates
All tenants are required to pay a deposit of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00).
Water Rate Schedule: The Minimum Bill has no allowance for water usage.
The cost of providing water service will be adjusted to the following rates effective: January 1, 2019; January 1, 2022; January 1, 2023; and January 1, 2024. Beginning January 1, 2025, an automatic inflationary increase of 2.5% will be effective annually.

Bulk Users shall pay a flat rate of $10.00 per 1,000 gallons.

The cost of providing sewer service will be adjusted to the following rates effective: January 1, 2019; July 1, 2021; January 1, 2022; January 1, 2023; January 1, 2024; and January 1, 2025. Beginning January 1, 2026, an automatic inflationary increase of 2.5% will be effective annually.
